At 120 years old, the National Museum of Singapore is the nation’s oldest museum with the youngest and most innovative soul.
Reopened in December 2006 after three years of restoration and reinvention, this architecturally stunning and majestic building is home to the Singapore History Gallery and four Living Galleries – Fashion, Food, Photography and Film & Wayang.
Spanning more than 18,000 square metres, this is Singapore’s largest and most modern museum. With world-class standards and facilities, this national icon uses cutting-edge multimedia technology to bring history to life.
